On behalf of our client, Nolato Lövepac AB, we are currently looking for a Stamping Operator. Nolato Lövepac is in an expansion phase with many new business opportunities on the horizon. Nolato Lövepac develops and manufactures seals, gaskets, and tape solutions for customers in the automotive industry and other selected industrial sectors. We are as much an innovative idea and development partner as we are an efficient product supplier.

About the role:

The role involves performing tasks within our production process, such as machine operation, setup, tool and peripheral equipment adjustment, as well as quality assurance, measurement, inspection, and packaging. Experience with Excenter Press is considered an advantage. Since the majority of our customers are directly or indirectly linked to the automotive industry, there is a strong focus on quality assurance.

As an operator at Nolato Lövepac, you will work in a team with a strong focus on quality. You will participate in our 5S and continuous improvement work, as well as deviation management.

Personal qualities: We are looking for someone who is forward-thinking, meticulous, proactive, and quality-conscious. Key traits such as being development-oriented, responsible, structured, efficient, and flexible suit you well. You will work in an environment that promotes teamwork as part of our LEAN culture, meaning good collaboration skills are a key requirement for this role.

Competencies:

• Work experience from the manufacturing industry and/or the automotive industry.
• Experience in stamping is highly advantageous.
• Good knowledge of Lean principles is an advantage.
• Strong technical understanding and practical experience with machine setup and fine-tuning.
• Experience working according to instructions and production documentation.
• Basic computer skills (production and quality systems).
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Forklift license.

A driver's license and access to a car are required for commuting to and from the workplace.
