Do you want to work in a technical role where quality, precision, and planning are in focus? We are now looking for a manual welder with a focus on TIG – is that you?

About the role:

In the role of welder, you will primarily work with TIG welding, although MIG welding is also used. You will mainly work with black steel, where great emphasis is placed on finish and precision, as the work involves a lot of fine welding.

You will become part of a business that values structure, planning, and technical interest – here you are expected to stay one step ahead and have a good overview of your work. The assignment is long-term, and the vision is to transition to the client directly after a certain period of staffing.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in manual welding, primarily TIG (MIG is an advantage).
• Is meticulous and quality-conscious, with a sense for finish.
• Thrives in an environment where order and tidiness are important.
• Has good planning skills and can work based on a schedule.
• Is technically inclined and enjoys finding smart solutions.
• Has good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing.

Requirements:

• Forklift license A1–4 and B1–4.
• Category B driver’s license and access to a car.
• Swedish language skills (to understand instructions and work safely).

Advantageous:

• Welding licenses (not a requirement, but a big plus).
