Johnson Controls is now looking for a Sub-Project Manager for their facility in Norrköping! Johnson Controls is a market leader in refrigeration equipment. As a Sub-Project Manager, you will deliver top-class service and products to customers all over the world.

In this role, you will be part of the aftermarket team consisting of ten people. In this role, you will work on service projects for cruise lines that operate cruise ships. The shipping companies purchase service, maintenance, and parts for their refrigeration systems, and as the Sub-Project Manager, you will be responsible for these service cases together with technicians who travel to the ships to perform the sold service and maintenance. The role involves multiple contact surfaces, which requires that you enjoy being communicative and coordinating between different parties both internally and externally. The role will also involve administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sub-projects within service
• You will work closely with sales, service technicians, and the technical department to ensure the project's success
• Economic responsibility for the project. You will be responsible for costs, follow a preliminary budget, and be responsible for invoicing the customer
• The role includes administrative parts such as documentation and supporting the finance department at month-end

We are looking for you who

• Have good knowledge of spoken and written English and Swedish. This is required as cooperation with customers takes place in English while internal meetings take place in Swedish
• Have a post-secondary education in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Have economic awareness

It is an advantage if you have

• An engineering degree in a relevant field or alternatively previous experience of project management
• Previous experience in heavy industry or large refrigeration systems
• Previous responsibility for economic follow-up and invoicing to customers
