As our new Branch Manager, you are the hub of our operations. We are looking for you who combine secure leadership with a natural fingertip feel for customer relations. As Branch Manager, you have a central role where you:

• Drive sales and customer relations: Responsible for developing sales, including upselling, and building strong relationships with both local and national customers.
• Lead and develop staff: Have full personnel responsibility, from recruitment and induction to ongoing development and coaching. You ensure a safe and healthy workplace in accordance with current laws and our leadership model, and work actively for diversity and inclusion in the team.
• Responsible for results and operations: Plan, lead, and distribute work proactively to ensure that the branch reaches its goals and budget. You also handle important administrative tasks such as time reports, inventory, and invoicing.

In Västerås, we service both heavy and light vehicles and offer car service, wheel alignment, tire hotel, and on-site customer work. We work with some larger customer contracts where you, as Branch Manager, are responsible for dialogue, coordination, and follow-up regarding some of these contracts. You have an engaged team to help you, who together build the competence needed to continue delivering good results and satisfied customers.

We are looking for you who have:

• Documented experience of leadership with personnel responsibility, preferably from a workshop environment or similar service industry.
• An ability to motivate, coach, and develop employees to create a strong and efficient team.
• Strong focus on customer management and business development, with a drive to reach and exceed sales goals.
• Good knowledge of working environment and safety, as well as the ability to follow relevant laws and regulations.
• Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work effectively.
• Experience of budget responsibility and follow-up of economic goals.
• Good administrative skills.

A B-driver's license is a requirement. Last but not least, you naturally share our interest in the automotive industry.
