Pipeworks is looking for an experienced/senior HVAC technician who can handle projects such as bathroom renovations, complete remodeling of water and heating systems in single-family homes, and conversion of raw attics into apartments.

You have worked as an HVAC technician and are proficient in all aspects of the trade. The role includes:

• Quotation work
• Material ordering
• Project management of Pipeworks technicians
• Coordination with electrical, construction, flooring, and excavation teams for a time-efficient renovation project
• Budget reconciliation

You will follow your project from the quotation stage to final documentation. You will work both at the office and on-site as the responsible technician.

Pipeworks was founded in 2018 and provides all types of HVAC services within Greater Stockholm.

We focus on private customers and housing cooperatives (BRF). Pipeworks is currently not involved in new construction.

Our plumbers view quality as the primary guiding principle.

Pipeworks' office is located in Nacka, but you can base yourself from your home regardless of where you live in Stockholm.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience/certificates in HVAC and relevant education.
• Is self-motivated and able to solve problems on-site.
• Has good teamwork skills and is responsible.
• Is detail-oriented and service-minded.
• Has knowledge of heating systems (meritorious).
• Has a valid driver's license (Category B).
