We are now looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Home Cleaner to join our Premium Service Team in Stockholm on an 85–100% permanent employment contract.

This is a key role for someone who enjoys responsibility, teamwork, and high-quality service. As a Senior team member, you will not only deliver excellent results for customers – you will also support colleagues, lead assignments, and contribute to the development of the team.

Your profile

Quality and customer satisfaction are at the heart of what we do. We are looking for someone with solid experience in home cleaning and a passion for delivering outstanding service.

We believe you:

• Have previous experience in a service profession
• Have worked as a home cleaner, housekeeper, or equivalent
• Speak and understand basic Swedish or English
• Can work flexibly Monday–Friday between 8:00–17:00
• Hold a valid Swedish or EU driving licence
• Are responsible, detail-oriented, and professional
• Enjoy helping colleagues grow and succeed

About the role

As a Senior Home Cleaner – Premium, you are responsible for delivering high-quality home cleaning services to our Premium customers. The role includes greater responsibility, leadership opportunities, and varied daily tasks.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Covering for absent colleagues
• Performing and leading deep cleaning assignments
• Ensuring high quality in all assignments
• Leading and coordinating larger cleaning tasks
• Supporting, onboarding, and training new colleagues
• Sharing best practices and helping improve ways of working
• Contributing to team development and strong collaboration
