We are now looking for a driven and physically strong construction worker who wants to deliver high-quality solutions in the field.

You will be employed by us at Montico on a 6-month fixed-term contract with a good chance of being taken over by the client after this period.

The work is scheduled during daytime hours, 07:00-16:00 or 08:00-17:00.

Job Description

As a technician with us, you work in a two-person team where collaboration, responsibility, and precision are crucial. You are involved in the entire process on-site – from drilling to follow-up – and see the direct results of your work.

The job involves regular travel around Sweden, which suits you if you thrive in a mobile and varied working life.

Your responsibilities:

• Perform precision drilling using modern, handheld equipment.
• Measure and monitor results in real-time using laser instruments.
• Ensure that machinery and vehicles are in top condition through daily checks.
• Work according to high standards of safety, quality, and environment.
• Document your work carefully and systematically.

We are looking for you who:

• Are hands-on and enjoy physical work.
• Have a technical interest and want to develop within ground and construction.
• Hold a Category B driver's license (Category C is an advantage).
• Are flexible and ready to travel for work.
• Are a team player with a sense of responsibility and a professional attitude.
