All employees perform all tasks at our facilities, making the work very fun and varied. A workday can include customer service, price labeling, inventory, as well as receiving and unpacking goods. You will work in a fast-moving and changing organization with pleasant colleagues and a strong corporate culture!

As a store salesperson, your main tasks are:

• Actively engage in customer service – we want to provide all customers with first-class service.
• Sell high-quality building supplies at the market's best price.
• Maintain order in the premises and ensure shelves are always well-stocked.
• Pick lumber, conduct inventory, handle deliveries, and price label goods to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Help measure and calculate customers' goods.

Qualifications:

• Interest in renovation and construction, retail, and customer service.
• Driven by sales and exceeding customer expectations.
• Valid B-class driver's license.
• Ability to measure and calculate customers' goods without hindrance.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and ability to communicate in English.
• Available to work during the facility's opening hours.
• Capable of upholding and working according to our values.

Desirable personal qualities:

• Service-oriented – has a desire to work with service and passion for sales.
• Fast, efficient, responsive, flexible – qualities that contribute to a good customer experience.
• Responsible – for your own development and the facility's success – with a "team before self" mindset.
• Has drive and commitment to the facility.
• Can work independently and is self-motivated.
• Accustomed to taking initiative and seeing what needs to be done.
• Eager to learn new things.

Other:

• Experience in construction, retail, and customer service is an advantage.
• Forklift experience is an advantage.
• Forklift training and driving permits are provided internally at the facility.

Working hours:

• According to the facility's opening hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• This is a fixed-term position starting from 2026-06-01 and ending 2026-08-31.
