About the role

Do you want a varied job where you get to work practically, travel around Sweden, and be part of a small, tight-knit team? At Geobear, you get the chance to work with innovative technology within ground stabilization – where every project makes a real difference. We are currently looking for a driven and physically strong construction worker who wants to deliver high-quality solutions in the field. You will be employed by us at Montico on a 6-month fixed-term contract with a good chance of being taken on by the client after this period. The work is scheduled during daytime hours, 07:00–16:00 or 08:00–17:00.

Job Description

As a technician with us, you work in a two-person team where collaboration, responsibility, and precision are crucial. You are involved in the entire process on-site – from drilling to follow-up – and see the direct results of your work. The job involves regular travel around Sweden, which suits you if you thrive in a mobile and varied working life.

Your Responsibilities

• Perform precision drilling using modern, handheld equipment.
• Measure and monitor results in real-time using laser instruments.
• Ensure that machinery and vehicles are in top condition through daily checks.
• Work according to high standards of safety, quality, and environment.
• Document your work carefully and systematically.

We are looking for someone who

• Is hands-on and enjoys physical work.
• Has a technical interest and wants to develop within ground and construction.
• Has a B-driver's license (C-license is an advantage).
• Is flexible and ready to travel for work.
• Is a team player with a sense of responsibility and a professional attitude.
