As a Property Caretaker with a focus on indoor environment, you will have an important role in our property management, contributing to ensuring that our residential and commercial spaces maintain high standards and that our tenants are satisfied. You will become part of an engaged team and help ensure long-term, efficient management of our properties.

About the role

In the role of Property Caretaker, you work closely with the operations and have significant responsibility for the daily maintenance of the indoor environment in our properties. You ensure that our residential and commercial spaces maintain high standards and that our tenants are happy.

You are part of a team where collaboration and service are central, and you will have a varied daily routine involving both planned and urgent tasks.

Your main responsibilities

As a Property Caretaker, you work broadly with a focus on service, maintenance, and tenant contact. Your duties include, among other things:

• Handling maintenance requests and resolving issues in apartments and commercial spaces
• Ongoing maintenance and minor repairs in the properties
• Contact with tenants and ensuring high-quality service
• Inspections and checks of the properties' condition
• Follow-up and documentation in property management systems
• Collaboration with colleagues and external contractors

Our organization

Our regional office in Växjö currently consists of a team of 15 colleagues who together manage a property portfolio of approximately 130,000 sqm, distributed across 19 properties. The portfolio includes both residential apartments and commercial spaces with various businesses.

After the summer, we will also be moving to newly renovated and pleasant premises at Västerport.

We are looking for you

We are looking for someone with experience in property maintenance or other practical work within service, operations, or maintenance. Experience with indoor environments or tenant-facing work is a plus.

• Structured and accustomed to taking initiative
• A team player who enjoys collaborating

A Category B driver's license is required for the role, and you must be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
