MIAB is looking for a Team Leader for our growing area in Uppsala, where we are expanding our operations with more customers and employees.

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for planning, executing, following up on, and ensuring the quality of cleaning services in your assigned area. You will manage staffing, including hiring temporary staff when needed, and ensure that both customers and employees have a positive and smooth workday. A key part of the role involves customer contact, which requires a strong sense of service and care—values that are central to MIAB’s operations.

You will also perform cleaning duties as needed to ensure delivery quality. You will work closely with colleagues in similar roles and report to the Operations Manager. Flexibility is a key competency, as you must be ready to step into the role of a cleaner when the situation demands it.

Since we travel between our assignments by car, a valid driver’s license and a safe driving style are required. The role also involves using our internal systems, requiring good computer literacy.

Language Requirements: Swedish (speaking, reading, and simple communication).

About You:

You are quality-conscious, organized, responsible, and have a positive attitude towards work. You thrive both working independently and as part of a team. We are looking for someone with experience in cleaning services and holding certifications in SRY, Pryl, or INSTA 800. A leadership education is an advantage.

A Class B Driver’s License is a requirement for this position.
