We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Maintenance Technician. Are you ready for new challenges where both your brain and hands get to work? This could be the job for you.

About the role: The focus is on stable operational reliability and good availability within the process and equipment.

You will perform preventive maintenance according to plan. You will represent the maintenance department at process meetings, new acquisitions, and equipment modifications.

Your ongoing maintenance tasks include:

• Inspections and functional checks.
• Corrective maintenance.
• Repair and renovation of components.
• Preparing maintenance work.
• Logging all jobs in the maintenance system (Maintmaster).
• Focusing on improvement measures through systematic analysis.
• Implementing corrective actions to minimize disruptions.
• Participation in projects may occur.

Responsibilities and authority: Together with your superior and support staff, you will focus on key performance indicators and outcomes.

As a maintenance representative and resource of competence, you will participate in problem-solving meetings.

You will actively contribute to creating, participating in, and maintaining contacts with customers and suppliers within your area of responsibility.

You will collaborate enthusiastically to spread competence within and between UH-lagen.

You will actively participate in mentoring and training.

You will contribute to forward planning with clear action alternatives in your area of responsibility during various disruptions, and quickly and positively accept and introduce improving routines and methods.

Who are you? You have a technical education at the upper secondary level or equivalent knowledge with a focus on automation, mechanics, or electrical engineering.

Working hours: Rolling shift schedule including day, evening, night, weekend, and off-week (4-shift system).
