To our damage department in Växjö, we are now looking for an engaged and meticulous car damage repair technician.

At Småländska Bil, you will work with modern vehicles, with a special focus on Mercedes-Benz. Job Responsibilities

In the role of car damage repair technician, you are responsible for performing qualified repairs on damaged passenger cars according to manufacturer and insurance company guidelines. Your work is crucial for ensuring high quality and customer satisfaction.

Your main tasks:

• Repair and replace body parts, including straightening, welding, riveting, and gluing.
• Assemble and disassemble components during damage repairs.
• Document the work digitally in systems such as Cabas/Cab Repair.
• Collaborate closely with damage estimators.
• Contribute to a safe, structured, and pleasant working environment.

Your Profile

Are you responsible, solution-oriented, and thrive in a team environment? Do you have an eye for detail and always strive for high quality in your work?

We would like you to have:

• Education in car damage repair, vehicle technology, or equivalent experience.
• Documented experience in bodywork on passenger cars.
• Experience working according to manufacturer and insurance company guidelines.
• Good knowledge of modern damage workshop technology.
• Valid driver's license (Category B).
• Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude.
