We are looking for nurses for our health and medical care unit with assignments within the pool, supported living (Säbo), or home care.

DUTIES

The work includes all common tasks for a nurse, and with assignments within our pool, you will be a resource both within the units at Säbo and in home care. The municipality's operations have developed in recent years to perform more advanced care in the patient's home, which means the work is varied, interesting, stimulating, and challenging, and no day is like the other.

There is ongoing change and improvement work in the operations where we want you to also be part of the development of future health and medical care for our Kramfors residents. Kramfors Municipality has come far in the introduction of welfare technology and digitalization. The use of technical solutions is part of our working method and is part of the thinking when we meet the needs of citizens and is an important part of systematic work environment work. We work actively with quality, patient safety, and operational development.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse. Specialist education or work experience within district, palliative care, elderly care, geriatrics, or dementia care is meritorious.

We welcome new thinking and see great advantages in you actively participating in the development of the operations. We place great importance on personal qualities.

Your communication skills are important, and therefore you need to have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both written and spoken. We also see that you have good computer skills.

Category B driver's license is a requirement.
