We own and manage 20 properties. In Tyresö and Norrtälje, we have both properties and boats that we rent out for events and tourism.

As an "all-round" handyman, your responsibilities will include, among other things:

Repairing an existing indoor swimming pool that has cracked at the bottom multiple times, including potentially casting a new inner basin within the pool (using plastic or cement).
Work with tiles (klinkers) around the pool.
Construction of an "attefall" house (45 sqm) spread over 2 floors.
Renovation of various details, both indoors and outdoors, on two existing buildings.

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, efficient, and capable of performing various tasks quickly and thoroughly. The position can be extended for many years if you are the right person and demonstrate care and attention to detail.
