About the Role

As a Operations Manager, you work actively in operations while leading, planning, and distributing work within periodic tasks. Floor care assignments constitute a central and prioritized part of the role. You are responsible for planning, executing, and following up on floor care interventions ordered by our sites within the business area, ensuring that the work is performed in accordance with current agreements, quality requirements, and ISS standards.

The role involves clear operational responsibility where you actively participate in floor care work at customer sites, mentor employees in the floor care team, and serve as support in daily operations.

In addition to floor care, you also perform tasks within property maintenance and caretaking, administration, and quality control of local cleaning in our customer's guest apartments.

• This is a permanent full-time position, with an initial six-month probationary period.
• Working hours vary, and evening and weekend work is included.
• Business travel is required.
• A satisfactory background check is required for employment.

Who are you?

To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone who has:

• Documented experience in local cleaning, floor care, and team leadership.
• Strong experience in practical and operational floor care work.
• Knowledge of property maintenance and service.
• Valid driver's license (Category B).
• Good proficiency in the Office package.
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Since the role involves significant operational responsibility and field work, it is important that you enjoy physical work and working close to the operations. You are flexible, self-driven, and accustomed to prioritizing and planning daily tasks while maintaining high quality in delivery. You collaborate easily, create structure, and support employees in practical work at customer sites.
