TERMINAL WORKER IN GÄVLE (PART-TIME)

Instabee Gävle needs to strengthen its workforce and is currently looking for skilled terminal workers for our terminal.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

As a terminal worker, you will work at the Instabee terminal where thousands of packages arrive for delivery to customers. The work involves both machine-assisted and manual sorting to varying degrees, depending on your specific role. Your main responsibility is to ensure smooth operations by carefully monitoring that goods enter and leave the terminal according to schedule. This position is ideal for you if you are studying at least 50% or have another job with at least 50% hours.

NOTE! Please note that in this role you will be required to handle boxes containing alcohol.

As a terminal worker, you thrive in a fast-paced, responsible, and challenging work environment. The job involves heavy lifting and high speed, making good physical fitness a prerequisite. Proficiency with IT tools is also desirable. Being perceived as positive and professional is important – Instabee expects great service and high quality. As a person, you are punctual, meticulous, and spread a positive atmosphere. You are a natural problem solver and love challenges.

HOURS

You are expected to work approximately 3 days per week, Monday–Friday. Working hours are flexible and vary between 08:30–15:00 or 16:00–21:00.

REQUIREMENTS

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license (category B, manual transmission).
• Good understanding of Microsoft Office.
• Strong computer skills.
• Strong team player.
• Good physical fitness.
• Ability to handle boxes containing alcohol.
• Good language skills in Swedish or English (written and verbal).
• You are a student or have another employment (other job) of at least 50%.
• Background check required – Zero tolerance for criminal records.

PLUS

• Experience in similar work.
• Forklift license.

EMPLOYMENT TYPE

This is a fixed-term employment (part-time as needed).
