About the role

Customer Service is part of Internal Sales, whose main task is to administer and register orders, manage forecasts to create orders, monitor stock balances and delivery tracking for customers, and calculate prices as needed. We support and relieve the sales team in contacts with customers and other departments within the company.

Your main responsibilities

• Structure information from customers and sales into the company's business system.
• Act as a link between our customers and our production units.
• Create price lists and register new and recurring orders.
• Provide prices to customers upon instruction from the sales team.
• Follow up on delivery promises made to customers.
• Archive documents according to current routines.
• Work on projects assigned by your direct manager.
• Other tasks assigned by your direct manager.
• Work towards established goals within Customer Service.
• Inform your direct manager about goal achievement and operations within your area of responsibility.
• Purchase of materials, services, and subcontracting according to current routines.
• Follow-up on stock balances and delivery times upon customer request.
• Delivery monitoring of delivery time/quantity after signal from planning or loading.
• Processing of overdue invoices.
• Handle other correspondence.
• Propose changes to operations.

Your profile

• Positive and solution-oriented.
• Previous experience in customer service.
• Highly service-oriented towards external customers, but also internal dialogues.
• Basic knowledge of the Office package.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

Do not worry – you are surely very competent – but there may be candidates who, for example, are familiar with our IT systems, have experience from another BEWI company, or have worked with our customers, which could be decisive in the further process.

If you move forward in the process, it is divided into two phases. The first interview aims for us to get to know each other better and gain deeper insight. If you proceed from this phase, you will be called for a second interview, where HR will also participate, and you will have the opportunity to take a profile test.
