Job Description

Background

The Service Administration intends to migrate functionality for managing its 45,000 workstations from Microsoft SCCM to Intune. This is done in three steps, with the first step, which requires a resource, being carried out in 2026, where the foundation is laid for both technical solutions and administration structure. Step two takes place in 2027, when more functionality is migrated and Autopilot is implemented. The final step is planned for 2028 and involves shutting down SCCM.

The client is 'Arbetsplats', a unit under the End-User Services department within the Service Administration. The unit is responsible for delivering modern and functional solutions for printer platforms as well as virtual and physical environments for IT workstations.

Unit's Mission: The Arbetsplats unit offers a wide range of services to support our customers' needs for IT solutions.

Role Description

The need is for a senior Intune and SCCM tool specialist with requirements for the ability to work both independently and closely and frequently within a team.

The role involves acting as both an architect and an operational executor, as well as being the primary technical resource in the project, even though several others are present to assist.

Requirements:

• Documented experience in being technically responsible for migrating platforms with at least 5,000 clients from SCCM to Intune.
• At least five years of documented experience working within ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) processes.
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing.

Value Add:

• At least 10 years of experience.
• Experience from similar projects in the public sector, preferably within healthcare.
• Documented experience with Ineras eKlient and Sysman.
