We are seeing an increase in demand for our services – more and more people want to optimize the energy usage in their homes and businesses to avoid high electricity bills and power tariffs. To meet this demand, we are now looking for a traveling service and installation electrician based in Gävle, who wants to help our customers take control of their energy consumption while contributing to a greener future.

You will be based out of our office in Gävle. Approximately two weeks per month, you will carry out projects in Norrland (mostly along the Norrland coast but also inland). The remaining two weeks per month, you will work on projects in the area surrounding Gävle.

For this role, there is a possibility of an extra bonus of 5,000–10,000 SEK added to the base salary. The bonus is uncapped and based on customer satisfaction and efficiency.

About the role

The role involves independent work where you, as the responsible electrician, install solar panel systems, batteries, and charging stations for our private customers – and connect the systems to the building's electrical center. In this position, you travel between customers with a company car, and we provide all necessary equipment for the work.

The role will involve a fair amount of travel (the electricians who travel the most are away for a maximum of about 25 nights per year – and in those cases, they stay in single rooms at hotels).

Responsibilities include:

• Customer contact and planning in consultation with the installation coordinator
• Installation and commissioning of inverters, batteries, and charging stations
• Troubleshooting
• Follow-up of the work environment plan
• Perform insulation and continuity measurements as well as other checks prior to commissioning and fill in self-checks
• Manage our internal CRM system

Who are you?

We are looking for both junior and senior electricians, where the salary is adjusted depending on seniority according to SEF's collective agreement.

Basic requirements

• Hold an ECY certificate
• Have completed your apprenticeship period
• Fluent in Swedish and English
• Hold a B driver's license for manual transmission vehicles
• Enjoy traveling for work
• You live within approximately 1 hour travel time from Gävle

It is meritorious, but not a requirement, if you have

• Experience with installation work involving solar panels, batteries, inverters, and charging stations
