Our client is an established transport company specializing in the distribution of general cargo in the region. As a CE-driver for day shifts, you will be based in Västerås and responsible for distributing general cargo to companies and terminals throughout Västmanland. The work involves varied days with driving, customer contact, and cargo handling.

In the role of CE-driver, you will be responsible for:

• Distribution of general cargo to companies and terminals in Västmanland
• Loading, unloading, and securing cargo
• Daily contact with customers upon delivery
• Handling of freight documents and digital systems
• Safe and efficient driving according to current traffic and working environment regulations

Working hours: 06:00–15:00, Monday–Friday
Scope: Full-time during the summer with good opportunities for continued employment
Start date: Training starts in week 25

You will receive an induction of up to two weeks together with an experienced driver. The induction is tailored to your experience to give you a secure start in the role.

• CE driving license
• Valid YKB (Professional competence certificate)
• Digital tachograph card
• Forklift license
• ADR Basic

• Experience in distribution or general cargo driving
• Experience driving combinations with trailers
• Good local knowledge of Västmanland
• Good service orientation in customer interactions
