Your role at Iver As a Senior Network Engineer, you will become part of our specialist team within networking and security. Here, dedicated colleagues work together on the operation, development, and delivery of our network and security services. We work closely with our customers and offer opportunities to work in consultancy assignments.

You will have the opportunity to further develop your technical skills in areas such as routing, switching, firewalls, 802.1x, VPN solutions, wireless networks, and WAN – in a team characterized by knowledge sharing and collaboration.

Examples of tasks:

• Troubleshooting and incident management in customer environments
• Implementing changes and improvements to network infrastructure
• Implementation of network and security solutions
• Working with routing, switching, and firewalls
• Managing VPN solutions and wireless networks
• Collaborating with customer account teams and acting as technical support for customers

Who are we looking for? To succeed in the role, we see that you have at least 4 years of experience in network work, preferably in larger and more complex environments. You have a strong technical interest and social engagement, and thrive both working in a team and taking individual responsibility.

You are fluent in Swedish and English in both speech and writing. Furthermore, you are motivated by working in a high-performing team where you get to develop and improve cutting-edge technical solutions. You are experienced and have worked with the following:

• TCP/IP
• IPv6
• IPSec, DMVPN, and ADVPN
• 802.1x
• BGP

As a person, you are curious, solution-oriented, and have a desire for continuous development. You thrive in a role where you combine technical work with customer contact and have a structured approach to work. We place great emphasis on personal qualities such as responsibility, attention to detail, and good teamwork skills.

Meritorious:

• Experience with firewall configuration (e.g., Forti, Cisco Meraki)
• Experience with switching and routing
• Experience with wireless networks and WAN
• Experience or knowledge of VPN solutions
• Relevant certifications in networking and security

Location: Iver is present in 23 locations in the Nordics. For this role, we see that you are based at our headquarters in Solna.
