We are looking for Home Cleaning Assistants in Värmdö

We are currently looking for new colleagues to join our wonderful team in Värmdö. We call ourselves Service Assistants, as our mission is to help our customers keep their homes clean and tidy, giving them time to focus on other things. As a Service Assistant, you play a vital role, both within our team and for our customers. You work independently at our clients' homes, providing cleaning services such as vacuuming, dusting, and mopping. You work in private homes, always with the same attention to detail and that little extra touch, showing that you are a professional with dedication and pride in your work.

As a Service Assistant, you will work in private homes to:

• Vacuum and dust
• Mop floors and clean surfaces
• Add the finishing touches and give the customer that extra special touch

You are engaged and positive, and like us, you believe that cleaning is a craft that yields the best results when handled by professionals. You enjoy working independently but are also a team player, as you sometimes work together with others in the team.

To fit into this role with us, we want you to…

• Understand and speak basic Swedish or English
• Be able to work flexible hours between 8 AM and 5 PM

We will be especially happy if you:

• Have previous experience in home cleaning or similar services.
• Hold a valid driver's license

Location: Värmdö

Employment: 50-75% with a 6-month probation period

Start date: Interviews are conducted on a rolling basis

Salary: According to collective agreement
