Team Leader with IT Skills Wanted in Växjö!

We are now looking for a team leader with administrative experience who wants to contribute to the further development of our operations. You play a central role in planning, leading, and monitoring daily operations, while handling administrative tasks crucial to our structure and quality.

Your daily tasks:

• Plan, lead, and monitor the daily work of cleaning staff.
• Responsible for scheduling, absence management, and staffing in our booking system.
• Act as the contact person for customers and handle customer inquiries.
• Ensure that quality and occupational health and safety routines are followed.
• Perform certain personnel administration tasks, such as reporting and documentation.
• Work on upselling to our existing customers.
• Perform cleaning duties at customer sites if the business requires it.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience in team leadership within facility cleaning.
• Is accustomed to working administratively and has good computer skills.
• Is self-reliant, structured, and has good communication skills.
• Has a category B driver's license for manual transmission (mandatory).
• Fluently speaks and writes Swedish (additional languages are an advantage).

Advantageous qualifications:

• Experience with domestic cleaning or move-out cleaning.
• Cleaning education (PRYL, SRY professional certificate, or similar).
