SALAB in Sveg is looking for a Workshop Technician

About the role

As a workshop technician at our facility in Sveg, you will primarily work with smaller vehicles and machinery, such as ATVs, snowmobiles, lawnmowers, chainsaws, and more.

Examples of your tasks:

• Service, troubleshooting, and repair of snowmobiles, ATVs, and other small machinery.
• Planning and structuring of work.
• Ordering parts and materials.
• Troubleshooting and installation of robotic lawnmowers.

About you

The most important thing for us is to find someone who fits well into our operations! To succeed, you are self-motivated, structured, and service-oriented. You have a burning interest in motors and a good understanding of vehicle electrics. You thrive with independent responsibility and are keen on finding solutions that work for everyone involved.

Your qualifications:

• Fluent Swedish is required. Basic knowledge of English is an advantage.
• Category B driver's license and snowmobile license are required. Category BE and enhanced driver's licenses are advantageous.
• At least 2 years of work experience in workshop operations. Experience with snowmobile mechanics or similar is an advantage.
• No specific education is required, but education in automotive mechanics is an advantage.
