Hotel and Restaurant Hovs Hallar is a conference facility located outside Båstad on the Bjäre Peninsula. We currently offer 47 double rooms, 2 suites, a restaurant, and 5 conference rooms. Our restaurant accommodates up to 170 guests and serves breakfast, lunch, and à la carte dining.

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to strengthen our lovely team at Hovs Hallar.

Your responsibilities:

• Plan, distribute, and participate in daily cleaning tasks in guest rooms, staff areas, and public spaces.
• Be responsible for scheduling and training cleaning staff.
• Work with quality assurance to ensure our high standards are met.

Your qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills and leadership abilities.
• Attention to detail and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Flexibility, as pace and tasks may vary.
• Good communication skills in both Swedish and English.

Other information:

You must have access to your own transportation as public transport is limited in the area.

Working hours: Variable hours during the day and weekends.

The position is 80% - 100%.
