Laserklinikcenter is a modern, results-oriented aesthetic clinic located in central Uppsala. We combine state-of-the-art equipment with a personal touch, offering advanced treatments including laser, cryolipolysis (fat freezing), skin rejuvenation, teeth whitening, HIFU, and more. As our client base grows, we are now looking for a key person to join our small and ambitious team.

About the Role

Do you want to work in a clinic where client safety, results, and service are the top priorities – and where you have the opportunity to influence both your daily work and the future of the business? We are looking for an authorized esthetician for a broad and independent role.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting consultations and creating treatment plans
• Operating modern treatment machines
• Following up on treatment results
• Keeping medical records and communicating with clients
• Selling treatments and products
• Handling payments and daily operations in close collaboration with colleagues and the owner, ensuring order and organization

You will become an important part of our team, where collaboration and responsibility are at the core.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Authorized esthetician (SHR-approved education or CIDESCO diploma)
• Fluent or very good command of Swedish in both speech and writing
• Interest in sales and results
• Service-oriented, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Merits:

• Experience with laser machines
• Experience with aesthetic treatments
• Familiarity with Bokadirekt (booking software)
• Knowledge of languages other than Swedish
• Experience with cash register work and direct sales
• Social media management experience
• Existing client base

Employment Conditions

• Employment Type: Permanent (6-month probationary period applies)
• Hours: 100%, 50%, 25%, or hourly
• Working Hours: You decide which days you want to work and how many hours per week. We offer great flexibility, and the role can also be combined with other jobs if desired.
• Salary: Commission + bonus upon achieving targets
• Start Date: As soon as possible or by agreement
