Requirements for the applicant

Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a hairdresser.
Specialty: Extensive experience with men's haircuts.
Languages: Good Swedish or English skills (both preferred).
Personal qualities: Service-oriented, passionate, humble, and team player.
Qualifications: Formal hairdressing education is a plus.

Benefits and Salary

Collective Agreement: Members of Frisörföretagarna are covered by a collective agreement.
Salary Option 1: Guaranteed salary of 27,000 SEK per month.
Salary Option 2: Base salary of 15,000 SEK + 18% commission from the first krona.
