About the job: We are looking for a skilled and independent cleaning supervisor who wants to work night shifts. The work is scheduled on weekdays and weekends during the night. The position is a permanent full-time role (100%), with a 6-month probation period.

Who are you?

• Have documented experience in a leadership role in hotels or facility cleaning
• Independent and good at taking initiative
• Cooperative and reliable
• Have previous experience with hotel cleaning, facility cleaning, and/or night cleaning in Sweden
• Positive, proactive, loyal – and not afraid to get hands-on when needed!
• Meticulous with a strong eye for detail
• Organized and structured in your approach to work
• Have clear and coaching leadership skills with a focus on results
• Are communicative and can express yourself fluently in Swedish and English (additional languages are an advantage)
• Have a service-minded attitude and a natural sense for the guest experience

Merits:

• Experience with spa hotels in Sweden
• Valid driver's license and access to a car
• Speak more languages than Swedish and English
