At Apoteket Svanen, you become part of an engaged and stable team in Markaryd. The pharmacy is located near a healthcare center, and we are proud of our many loyal customers and the good relationships we build in our daily work. In addition to our visiting customers, we have other tasks which create a good variation in our daily work. Here, three pharmacists work, including the pharmacy manager and a technician. We are a close-knit group that collaborates without hierarchy and helps each other in everyday life.

The working hours for this position are within the framework of the local pharmacy's opening hours: weekdays 09:00–18:00, Saturdays & Sundays closed.

Our pharmacists always work with care, quality, and the customer's needs in focus. In your role with us, you contribute to a safe, professional, and welcoming experience for everyone who visits us. In your role, you handle counseling, prescription dispensing, and self-care, and take responsibility for safety and service in every customer meeting.

We want to give you opportunities to develop, and for this position, there is an opportunity to take on the role of, for example, LMA (Locally Managed Assistant) for those interested.

• Provide professional counseling and create added value in every customer meeting, with care and understanding for people's different needs.
• Contribute to patient safety and quality in everything you do, so that our customers can feel safe with us.
• Share knowledge and experience with your colleagues – we grow and develop together.
• Keep yourself updated regarding our assortment and our campaigns, to give customers the best possible help.
• Contribute ideas and initiatives to develop both the daily work life and the customer experience at our pharmacy.

For this position, you need to be a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician, with a clear interest in people, health, and medicine.

• You can either be newly graduated or have experience as a pharmacist at a pharmacy previously.
• It is meritorious if you have an interest and experience in working as an LMA.
• You have a warm and professional approach where you see every customer.
• You enjoy collaborating and contribute positively to the team.
