Are you a Backend Developer driven by complex technical challenges and eager to build systems that prevent financial crime? We are looking for a developer to join our Financial Crime Prevention function. Here, you will become a key player in a self-organizing team where we combine technical excellence with a deep understanding of banking operations.

About the Role The team, part of Financial Crime Prevention, develops applications and services to effectively work proactively against money laundering and terrorist financing. The team works cross-functionally across the entire Svea Group, and you will have significant opportunities to influence both your own work and the team's direction. Your primary focus will be on backend development (.NET/C#), but you will move seamlessly across the entire stack to create simple solutions in a regulatorily complex environment. We work value-driven, with short feedback loops and continuous improvements. We place great emphasis on architecture, and we look for someone with both the interest and the ability to build scalable systems that meet high security standards.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Experience: 5 years as a developer. You are confident in your experience and enjoy mentoring junior colleagues.

  • Tech Stack: Excellent knowledge of .NET/C#, SQL Server, React, and CI/CD pipelines.

  • Architecture: Experience with microservices, Event Sourcing, and Azure DevOps.

  • Domain: Experience from Banking & Finance and working with regulatory requirements is considered a major plus.

  • Education: University degree in Data/IT or equivalent work experience.

  • Languages: Fluent proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
