Do you love working with dough and creating authentic Turkish pastries? Are you knowledgeable in traditional methods and want to share your expertise with our customers? Then this is the job for you!
We are looking for an experienced baker who can bake classic Turkish breads and pastries such as pide, lahmacun, and traditional Turkish pizza. You will work in a dynamic team where quality and authenticity are at the center.
Your responsibilities include:
- Baking and preparing Turkish breads and pastries according to traditional recipes.
- Ensuring that products maintain the highest quality and are presented attractively.
- Handling raw materials and following hygiene and safety regulations in the bakery.
- Collaborating with colleagues to develop new flavors and variations.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience in baking, preferably within Turkish cuisine.
- Has a great interest in the craft and wants to share it with others.
- Is meticulous, efficient, and has a positive attitude towards teamwork.
- Can work systematically and follow recipes as well as quality standards.
