Responsibilities

• Repair and replace body and sheet metal components on passenger cars and light commercial vehicles.
• Perform dent removal, spot welding, and assembly of sheet metal parts.
• Use the workshop's machines, hand tools, and measuring equipment for damage repair and straightening.
• Collaborate with colleagues in damage assessment, painting, and customer reception for efficient workflow.
• Ensure high quality in completed work and follow the workshop's routines and safety regulations.
• Document completed work and time in our digital systems.
• Participate in improvement work regarding processes, working environment, and customer service.

Qualifications and who we are looking for

• Several years of experience in sheet metal work, bodywork, or similar work in a car workshop.
• Good knowledge of welding, straightening techniques, and the use of body repair tools.
• Experience working with modern workshop methods and digital documentation is a plus.
• Structured, meticulous, and quality-conscious in completed work.
• Good collaboration skills and ability to work independently when required.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Category B driver's license is a requirement.
