We are currently looking for a motivated Machine Operator for our client in Gislaved. This position offers a long-term assignment with good opportunities for permanent employment after the rental period.

Your responsibilities will include monitoring and operating machinery in the production line. You will ensure that manufacturing runs smoothly and that products meet high quality standards. Additionally, you will perform minor maintenance tasks and ensure that the workplace remains clean and safe.

We prefer candidates with previous experience in industrial work and who are flexible in their approach. A technical interest and understanding of production processes are considered advantageous.

To succeed in this role, you must hold a forklift license for counterbalance trucks (B1). You thrive in an environment where teamwork and precision are key, and you are comfortable working both independently and in a team. If you do not currently hold a forklift license, there may be an opportunity to undergo training before the assignment begins.

The client operates on fixed shifts. To be considered for this role, you must be flexible regarding which shift you work, as the workforce is limited and shift changes may occur to ensure proper planning.
