We are now looking for a meticulous and solution-oriented Data Protection Coordinator for an exciting consulting assignment in Stockholm. About the assignment
In this role, you will support a Privacy Office with operational and administrative tasks related to data protection. You will work systematically with processes, documentation, and case management, while contributing to high quality and efficiency in daily operations.

Your responsibilities
You will, among other things:

• Relieve the Privacy Office of time-consuming work related to data subject rights and personal data incidents.
• Ensure order, quality, and efficiency in processes regarding data subject rights, incidents, and processing registers.
• Contribute to a faster and more cost-effective way of working within the privacy function.
• Handle incoming inquiries from data subjects.
• Document and establish templates, routines, and processes.

Requirements

• Post-secondary legal education, for example in law or legal science, or alternatively ongoing or completed law studies without a full degree, combined with 1–3 years of relevant work experience.
• Very good administrative and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail and strong integrity.
• High general technical competence.
• Good proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with case management systems such as ServiceNow.
• Experience with general AI tools.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

About the assignment

• Scope: 60%.
• Period: June 1, 2026 – November 30, 2026.
• Location: Stockholm, on-site work.
