We are now looking for a driven and curious colleague for a role in inside sales and customer service, where the focus is on developing business and building relationships.

About the role

You pick up where interest already exists and continue working with customers who have shown interest. This means you place great emphasis on dialogue, needs, and closing.

You have daily contact with customers via phone and video calls and are involved throughout the entire sales process, from first contact to closing and follow-up.

The pace is high, days are varied, and you will quickly get the opportunity to develop in your role. This is a perfect opportunity for you who want to take the next step from a more traditional call center role and work more closely with business development.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Contact customers who have shown interest and follow up on business opportunities
  • Drive dialogues forward and close deals
  • Work towards clear goals and monitor your own development
  • Maintain ongoing contact with customers via phone and video calls
  • Handle incoming inquiries via phone and email
  • Ensure that customer dialogues are documented correctly in the system
  • Work with some outbound telemarketing
  • The role also involves assisting in our customer service when needed

We are looking for you who:

  • Are at the beginning of your career or work in sales today
  • Enjoy a fast pace and are motivated by clear goals
  • Are social, communicative, and enjoy talking to people
  • Have drive and a willingness to learn more
  • Are detail-oriented and take responsibility for your work

Experience in telemarketing or appointment setting is an advantage, but not a requirement.

Start date is latest in June. You will jump straight into our high season – a period with high pace, lots of activity, and great opportunities to quickly get into the job! This is a role for you who wants to get in, learn quickly, and be where the action is. Therefore, we expect you to be available during the summer, with possible vacation from week 35.

Working hours are weekdays 07:00–16:00. We apply a probation period.

You belong to the customer service and inside sales team, and we are based out of the office in Kalmar.
