We are looking for you who want a role that combines warehouse work with administrative tasks. At Ahlsell, you will become part of a small and cohesive team where you together handle all the functions required to run a warehouse in its entirety. Here you get the chance to work with more than just order picking and packing – administrative tasks are a central part of the role. Your responsibilities include: • Checking incoming goods and ensuring they match the delivery notes. • Unloading and loading trucks. • Operating reach trucks. • Order picking and inventory. • Handling intermediate storage – this means Ahlsell stores the customer's goods until they are to be shipped out. In these cases, you are responsible for contacting customers and sales staff via email and phone. • Email and phone support, where you use the company's data system to locate goods if anything is missing.

You have the ability to analyze and think long-term, which ensures that you always have a consistent and systematic approach to work. Since the job involves careful checks and administration, you must have good computer skills and be able to maintain a high pace without losing focus. The role also involves significant customer contact, both via email, phone, and in person, which requires you to be service-oriented, communicative, and responsive. Your ability to create and maintain good relationships is a key factor for success. We see you as a team player who enjoys collaborating and contributing to a positive work environment. Requirements: • Experience in similar work and a forklift license with experience operating reach trucks and counterbalance forklifts. • Fluent Swedish in speech and writing. • Valid driver's license (Category B). • Forklift license A+B.
