About the role

As a baker at Lexman, you are our ambassador on-site at our clients. We collaborate with the major names in the grocery retail sector – ICA, Coop, Willys, Hemköp, and City Gross.

The work is varied. Sometimes you step into a long-term assignment where you become a natural part of the team for an extended period, and other times you jump in where the need is greatest, saving the day with your expertise. You usually work in teams with other skilled bakers, which is why we place great importance on your teamwork skills.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a completed bakery education.

• Has substantial work experience from both bakeries and pastry shops.

• Speaks and understands good Swedish, as communication is key to safe and efficient collaboration.

• Thrives in team environments and has a positive attitude towards new surroundings.

• Is unpretentious, punctual, and proud of your craft.
