Marbit AB is one of Stockholm's leading players within civil engineering, construction, and infrastructure. We continue to grow and are now looking for a Quantity Surveyor for our headquarters in Stockholm.

We are looking for you with at least five years of experience in estimating within the civil engineering and construction industry. If you have slightly less experience but the right background and drive, it could also be interesting. The role covers the entire process – from tender documentation to project start – and our projects vary in size up to approximately 100 MSEK.

Responsibilities

• Monitor tender portals and plan the tender work.
• Prepare tender estimates and documentation, obtain and evaluate quotations.
• Present estimates in joint tender reviews.
• Provide project support at the start of new projects and ongoing in active projects regarding ÄTA (changes, additions, and deletions), procurement, and scheduling.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Post-secondary technical background in construction or longer relevant experience.
• 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor within civil engineering, construction, and infrastructure.
• Experience with the estimating software MAP (or other estimating software such as Bidcon).
• Tender experience and understanding of contract law.
• Knowledge of bill of quantities with technical descriptions and AMA/MER standards.
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Valid driver's license (Category B).

Merits

• Proficiency in Bluebeam and Excel.
• Breadth from roles such as Site Manager, Foreman, Supervisor, Setting-out/Surveying Technician, Contract Engineer, or Skilled Worker.
• Experience from production with ÄTA handling, procurement, and scheduling.
