In collaboration with Malmö City's "Young in Summer" program, we welcome young people to give them their first step into working life, strengthen their skills, and create valuable contacts for the future. We are now looking for you who want to take on the role of team leader for our summer-working young people in Malmö. You participate actively in the daily work while coordinating, following up, and guiding your team.

Examples of tasks:

• Leading the team of summer-working young people
• Exterior maintenance
• Supervision and maintenance of common areas such as recycling rooms, stairwells, basements, and laundry rooms
• Support activities within the social housing work in the area

Your profile

• Work experience in a similar role, or alternatively, you are at the end of your property technical education and want a merit-adding summer job
• Previous experience leading youth groups, e.g., in sports clubs or other youth activities
• You are 18 years or older and reside in Malmö or the surrounding area
• You communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written
• A B-driver's license is meritorious but not a requirement
