We are looking for more employees in the role of personal assistant, where you have the opportunity to work both as an hourly employee and on a schedule during the summer.

We offer you, as a summer substitute, a monthly employment with salary payment after your first worked month. You have the opportunity to work full-time or part-time for up to 10 weeks during the summer period. We prefer that you can work on a schedule between June and August as continuity is an important part of creating security and well-being for both our care recipients and employees. By working regularly, you and your colleagues will contribute to building strong relationships and a positive work environment. Responsibilities

As a summer substitute with us, you have the important role of facilitating and supporting people in their daily lives. You will, among other things:

• Provide support to care recipients according to our clear work routines.
• Plan and carry out activities with care recipients to increase their quality of life.
• Document your work to ensure the quality of our operations.

To ensure you have a good start and feel secure in your tasks, you will receive an introduction and delegation training. We tailor the introduction based on your knowledge and experience level. You will be employed by our central staffing unit. Since our operations are running 24/7, there is an opportunity to work days, evenings, nights, and weekends. A great chance to combine work with free days where you can enjoy the summer!

Your Knowledge and Experience

To thrive with us, you need to have a strong interest in working with people and be skilled at treating individuals with respect and good service. We place great emphasis on personal suitability, as qualities such as good teamwork skills, attentive handling, and the ability to create security in interactions with others are central in all our roles.

Qualifications

• Are at least 18 years old, as the position involves working at inconvenient times and tasks that, according to current occupational health and safety regulations, cannot be performed by minors.
• Speak and write Swedish at a basic level or higher.
• Have a good attitude and the desire to make everyday life better for other people.

It is highly meritorious if you

• Are educated, or are in the process of educating yourself, in a healthcare profession such as doctor, nurse, or assistant nurse.
• Have work experience within healthcare and social care, preferably as a personal assistant.

Our recruitment process:

• Continuous selection
  Selection takes place continuously during the application period. This means the position may be filled before the final application deadline.
• Digital language test
  Selected candidates will take a digital language test. A passing grade is required to proceed in the process.
• Interview
  Candidates are invited to an interview, where we delve deeper into experiences, competence, and personal suitability.
• Reference checks
  References are checked for final candidates to confirm previous experiences and work methods.
• Criminal record check
  A satisfactory extract from the police criminal record must be presented before an employment offer is made.
• Employment
  After the process is completed and a decision is made, employment is offered.
