We are looking for a Transport Leader to strengthen NCC's customer center team. As part of NCC's Nordic customer center organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient order and transport processes, always with a strong focus on the customer. You will work from NCC's Nordic Customer Center in central Borås. You will work with approximately 60 colleagues at the center and be part of a team of about 14 colleagues with different specializations, reporting to one of our Team Managers at NCC Industry.

Responsibilities

• Order reception and transport leadership for both corporate and private markets
• Responsible for material guidance for private individuals and handling certain material sales
• Follow-up on completed orders with a focus on customer satisfaction, quality, and efficiency
• Work with phone, email, and chat with internal and external parties
• Collaborate with other departments at the customer center to develop the customer journey
• Contribute to the development of the role using your experience in transport leadership and/or order reception

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have previous experience in transport leadership, through customer service, sales, and administrative work and/or from logistics and transport. Post-secondary education with a focus on, for example, logistics or transport is considered an advantage.

You are a cheerful and pleasant person who keeps the customer in focus in all work tasks. You are skilled at handling different types of customers, have a professional attitude, and work according to our routines and processes. Language Requirements: Fluent Swedish and English in both speech and writing are required for the role.
