About the role: The focus is on stable operational reliability and good availability within the processes and equipment.

Perform preventive maintenance according to plan. Represent the maintenance department in process meetings, new acquisitions, and equipment modifications.

Perform ongoing maintenance work such as:

• Inspections and functional checks.
• Corrective maintenance.
• Repair and refurbish components.
• Prepare maintenance tasks.
• Search for and register all jobs in the maintenance system (Maintmaster).
• Focus on improvement measures through systematic analysis.
• Implement corrective actions to minimize disruptions.
• Participation in projects may occur.

Responsibilities and authority: Together with your superior and support staff, focus on key performance indicators and outcomes.

As a maintenance representative and competence resource, participate in problem-solving meetings.

Actively contribute to creating, participating in, and maintaining contacts with customers and suppliers within the area of responsibility.

Actively collaborate to spread competence within and between maintenance teams.

Actively participate in mentoring and training.

Contribute to foresight with clear action alternatives within the area of responsibility during various disruptions, and quickly and positively accept and introduce improving routines and methods.

Who are you? Technical education at the upper secondary level or equivalent knowledge with a focus on automation, mechanics, or electrical engineering.

Working hours: Rolling shift schedule with day, evening, night, weekend, and week off (4-shift system).
