About the role:
We are currently looking for experienced and service-oriented night receptionists for extra work on an as-needed basis, often with short notice.
You will work at hotels in Oskarshamn through Energy Staffing & Advisement Sweden AB, where we match the right person to the right assignment. This role is perfect for you who are flexible, responsible, and enjoy working night shifts. The need primarily arises when regular staff are sick, on leave, or on vacation.
Responsibilities:
As a night receptionist, you will be responsible for:
- Guest check-in and check-out
- Top-class guest service and hospitality
- Basic handling of booking systems
- Breakfast preparations for the morning
- Light cleaning of conference rooms and common areas
- Ensuring a calm, safe, and secure environment during the night
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience in hotel reception (meritorious)
- Has previous night shift experience (required)
- Fluently speaks Swedish and English
- Is self-sufficient and confident in your role
- Can step in with short notice
- Has a professional attitude and high service awareness
Meritorious:
- Experience with the Mews system
About the employment:
- Employment type: Hourly / Extra on demand
- Working hours: Night (varying shifts)
- Start: Immediately
