As a Team Leader, you, together with the responsible Operations Manager, are a key person in ensuring a well-functioning service delivery to our customers.

You assist in distributing work among employees and ensure that the service is carried out correctly and to a high standard.

Your main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Leading the Service Employees (cleaning staff) in their daily tasks.
• Introducing and onboarding new employees.
• Performing quality controls and other practical tasks.
• Maintaining daily contact with customers.
• Performing cleaning duties when required.
• Scheduling and recruiting substitutes as needed.
• Delivering and ordering materials.
• Acting as a substitute for the Operations Manager when necessary.

The position is full-time, and the work area can stretch from the southern Stockholm area up to Uppsala. Weekend work may occur.

About You

At Northclean, personality and the willingness to learn are the most important factors. We also look for the following qualifications:

• At least 2 years of previous experience in the industry.
• Documented experience in instructing and leading staff.
• Experience working with computers and administrative tasks.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language (both spoken and written).
• Valid driver's license (Category B).
• Insta 800 Level 3 certification.
• An SRY/PRYL education or equivalent.
