Team Leader for Quality-Driven Service Operations

Quality and service are your keywords! The role requires flexibility, while you must also be able to work in a structured manner towards both employees and customers. You have overall responsibility for daily operations:
- Customer contact
- Quality control
- Upselling
- Schedule and staff planning
- Deviation management (handling and following up on deviations)
- Time reporting for payroll
- Ensuring work quality and responsibility for the work environment
Furthermore, you must master the Swedish language, both spoken and written, and have good computer skills (especially with the Microsoft Office suite). You possess social competence and communication skills to lead teams, engage customers, and demonstrate strong leadership qualities.
We are an authorized service contractor through Almega Serviceentreprenörerna.
We are certified for Swan-label cleaning services.
