A little more about the role
As a Product Specialist, you are responsible for configuring our customer service systems, including Genesys Cloud and Boost.ai. In this role, you drive development forward by understanding the needs of both users and customers, ensuring that the systems are set up correctly to create the greatest possible benefit for our employees and to contribute to the best possible customer experience.
Your focus is on our customer service channels within telephony and email. Here, you further develop our voicebot to broaden its capabilities, improve response quality, and make it more helpful for our customers. You also contribute to streamlining our telephony setup by ensuring that the right information is captured early in the customer journey. Additionally, you work on introducing AI and automation solutions in the email channel to simplify and speed up case handling.

A little more about you
We are looking for you who have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, where you have worked with the development and/or configuration of SaaS systems. You have a good understanding of Contact Center platforms such as Genesys Cloud, Zendesk, and Boost.ai. You also have experience in improving customer experiences, processes, and working with digitalization and automation. It is meritorious if you have prior experience working in or towards customer service, and if you have a vocational or university degree in a relevant field, such as systems science. Since we operate in an international environment, we would like you to be comfortable communicating in both Swedish and English.
About the employment
In the role, you will become part of Customer Experience Development & Automation and report to Team Manager Henrik Sundvall. The position is a permanent employment with a start date to be agreed upon, and you are welcome to our lovely office, 3Huset, near Globen.
