THE ROLE As a chef or sous-chef, you ensure that your station is clean and tidy, that prep is done, and that the delivered food is of the highest quality. You are open and adaptable in the workplace. You are confident, see solutions, and identify potential paths forward for both guests and employees. You are structured, orderly, and maintain the high standards that are sought after.

The role also includes personnel responsibility and leading daily operations. You can order goods digitally and are responsible for serving food according to guests' expectations. You may also act as a stand-in during the head chef's absence.
