Hudterapist sought - Full-time, part-time or extra

We are looking for estheticians who want to help people get rid of their skin problems, for real. With us, it's not about quick treatments and moving on to the next. Here, you follow every customer from the first consultation to the final result, and you see concrete improvements with every visit.

Our calendars are fully booked and our team is growing to be able to help everyone waiting for help with their skin. Therefore, we are looking for you who are a trained esthetician, whether you want to work full-time, part-time, or extra.

Who are we?

Skönhetsgruppen is the company that staffs clinics. Today we work at Sveriges Skönhetscenter, AcneSpecialisten and SkinStory. Together we run three clinics in Stockholm, on Östermalm, Södermalm and in Sundbyberg. Since 1994 we have grown to over 30 specialists with a single focus: to give every customer the best possible skin care result.

With us, you work only with the skin. We perform neither massage nor foot care, but leave that to those who specialize in it. You also avoid customer service thanks to 2 dedicated customer service employees on full-time basis who handle all communication via email, chat and phone. Your contact is with your own customers who follow your treatment plan via our system. Here you get to focus entirely on what you trained for: skin care, treatments and results.

How we work - from consultation to result

Every customer journey begins with a free consultation where you create a personalized treatment plan. After that, you follow the customer through the entire journey, from start to result. Your customers are yours and this relationship is the core of everything we do.

We work with our own system SkinStory where you and the customer have direct contact throughout the treatment journey. The system keeps track of statistics, before and after pictures, follow-ups and evaluations. Every skin problem you solve is saved in your profile, a receipt of your competence that you take with you.

What you will do

You start with our facial treatments for acne, rosacea, blackheads and clogged pores. This means active work with extractions and inflammations to improve the skin's health. This is the core of our work and what gives you a deep understanding of how the skin works.

When you feel confident in the basics, we train you further with our brand suppliers within laser, IPL and more advanced methods. Our most effective treatment is CO2 laser and the goal is that you should master the majority of the methods and technologies we believe give the best results for the customer.

Salary

We have a unique salary structure with hourly wage as a base plus commission-based salary designed to reward you who really help your customers forward. Since you lock your customers to you and follow them long-term, your income grows as your customer base and competence grow. This makes us one of the highest paying employers in the industry.

Who are you?

You are a trained esthetician with professional pride and a genuine desire to make a difference for people's skin. Work experience is meritorious but not a requirement, we value ambition and attitude highest.

Treatments and brands

At AcneSpecialisten you work with problem skin: acne, rosacea, blackheads, milia and perioral dermatitis. Here the focus is on extractions, skin care products and individual treatment plans.

At Sveriges Skönhetscenter you take the step into the advanced treatment methods. Here you are trained in chemical peeling, TCA & PRX, microneedling, dermabrasion, CryoPen, permanent hair removal with laser, CO2 laser and IPL. We work with leading equipment and brands such as Dermapen, PRX-T33, Alma Soprano, Luminis Splendor X, Eneomey Peeling, Alma Hybrid, Alma Rejuve, Alma Harmony.
