As one of our stars has decided to develop themselves through studies, we are looking for an interim Senior Team Leader to lead the continued development of our Terminal operations in Jönköping.

Your responsibilities:

This is a strategic role where you are responsible for developing, leading, and monitoring daily operations. This involves setting goals, implementing guidelines, and actively working with KPIs in close collaboration with the Site Manager. You will coach and guide the operational staff within the units.

As Senior Team Leader in Jönköping, you are responsible for operational production with quality and customer service in focus. You are the personnel manager for all union-represented employees at the site. You are also responsible for ensuring the building is maintained according to plan, both short-term and long-term.

Your profile

We are looking for you who have previous experience in leadership positions within warehousing and terminals. Preferably with experience in operational management, and that you are hands-on and can solve smaller projects at the terminal independently.

We are convinced that you have experience with:

• a leadership role within terminal and/or warehousing
• active work with change and efficiency projects, and a passion for development
• leading and coordinating projects, having a good understanding of flows and processes, and a quality mindset
• working in TMS/VMS systems
• leading groups through change
• negotiations with union partners
